Yes. We ask about dietary, mobility and accessibility needs early so every restaurant, activity and transfer is arranged thoughtfully around you.
For peak seasons, especially winter in Niseko, we recommend enquiring three to six months ahead. Earlier is always better.

Journeys that stay with you forever
Japan Travel Design opened doors we never knew existed. Every detail felt personal, never packaged. From private pottery with a master artisan to an unforgettable evening with a local chef, our journey through Hokkaido was shaped entirely around us, and we returned home changed forever.
From the first conversation to the final farewell, everything was shaped around us. The Ainu cultural experience moved me deeply. Our guide's knowledge, the private dining, the snowy Niseko landscapes — each moment felt intentional. This was not a tour, but a genuine journey into Japan's heart.
Our clients still talk about that Hokkaido trip months later. The local access, the cultural depth, the quiet care behind every arrangement — unmatched in my twenty years as an advisor. Japan Travel Design is now our trusted ground partner for every Japan itinerary we design.
